During a visit to Stevens Group’s facility in Auckland, the Morbark Dealer Development Team conducted Advanced Industrial Service and Parts training sessions for Stevens Group specialists.

Known for their diverse range of equipment, from small commercial units to whole-tree production units, the latest training aims to enhance the Stevens’ service team’s understanding of customers’ needs and minimise machine downtime.

Stevens SCR says the training will ensure the Morbark equipment they supply will meet customers’ productivity requirements and also reassure them, from the initial enquiry through to the commissioning and working life of the machine.
