A tough, mobile, electric trommel screen built with premium-quality components. With 15% more screen area and effective screen length than competitive machines, the Cribus 3800 efficiently screens a variety of materials while enabling easy feeding, quick drum changes, and efficient multi-site use.
With a drum diameter of 2200 mm and an effective screen length of 5500 mm, the Cribus has the largest screen area of its class. The feed cross-section to the drum, the drum diameter itself and the unsurpassed gap to the side walls allow a smooth screening-off process – even with large screen hole size.

ADVANTAGES
01) Sidewall folds down hydraulically, enabling direct access to drum. Drum changes can be completed in minutes without extra tools. Large panels and doors give quick access to all maintenance points.
02) An electrically adjustable brush, with available remote control, keeps drum clean during operation. The feed cross-section, drum diameter and sidewall gap prevents clogs–even with large screen hole sizes.
03) A collector conveyor which moves against material movement in drum. Lower conveyor loading reduces wear and energy consumption and corrugated side and fines discharge conveyor prevents leakage.
04) The maintenance-free drum drive features a high-efficiency, friction wheel drive with WHEELGRIP anti-slip technology to prevent slippage. Even support wheel loading through all-wheel drive minimizes wear.
